Return Policy

 

At Koneet Kollections, we want you to have an awesome online shopping experience. We appreciate your time, attention and allowing us to offer you extraordinary fashion. Therefore, we try our best to give detailed information on all our goodies offered so you can make the best-informed decision about your purchase. We do not accept returns however in the event that your merchandise does not fit you we at Koneet Kollections will let you exchange your item within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost on any exchanges.  

 

 RETURN QUALIFICATIONS 

A return authorization (RA) is required for all returns for exchange of the same item and you must contact us at koneetkollections@yahoo.com to obtain a RA. It's quick and easy. DO NOT RETURN A PACKAGE WITH OUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. This can result in a prolong your exchange process or no exchange at all. 

A return is eligible for exchange of the same item  received by Koneet Kollections within 3 days after your delivery date with your RA. Receiving a RA does NOT extend the time for Koneet Kollections to receive your return for processing your order . All returns with an RA must be received in our stwithin 3 DAYS  of your delivery date IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, tags your apparel arrived in) to be eligible for your item or items to be exchange….

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, unperfumed, unstained, undamaged. (Note, please be careful not to have makeup stains, deodorant stains on apparel, as they will not be accepted). 

Merchandise must have all original tags and packaging in tact.   

Earrings, swimsuits, sunglasses, made to order shoes and bodysuits are not returnable. 

In the event your package is returned undelivered their will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund..  All discounted items are Final Sale!!!!
